Tonight I saw the Broadway production here in NY and it is fantastic. I knew the music from the album that Frank shot the cover for and now it has come to life on stage with amazing actors, choreography, staging and direction. I loved the look and feel of the show and I would encourage everyone to go see it if they are in NYC or coming this way. It is the semi autobiographical story of a ship building community in the north of England and a long lost love and a story that is made up of the songs from The Last Ship recording and a few of Sting’s other songs too.
