CHANTAL ANDERSON PHOTOGRAPHED KIM KARDASHIAN FOR THE NEW YORK TIMES

Chantal Anderson captured incredible images of Kim Kardashian for The New York Times. The article spotlights Kim’s newest venture into a multistep luxury skincare world with her new brand SKKN by Kim.

The nine-step routine consists of a cleanser, toner, exfoliator, hyaluronic acid serum, vitamin C serum, face cream, eye cream, oil drops, and night oil. It will retail for a total of $630. The price tag is steep, but Kim wanted the brand to stay as true to her actual skincare routine as possible. Kim says, “It’s definitely more prestige, and in order to get the types of ingredients that I would not really miss out on, it was kind of a necessity,” she said. “The products I was using that were comparable were way more expensive, not to compare anything. I tried to get the quality for the best price that we could, especially the vitamin C serum.”
