Racking in a whopping $40.2 million in ticket sales last weekend, not only did the film top the weekend box office, but, according to this article from Entertainment Weekly, it gave writer/director M. Night Shyamalan one of the best opening weekends of his nearly 20-year career in film.
This news doesn’t surprise us – we absolutely LOVED the thriller. James McAvoy’s performance had us on the edge of our seats and the twist at the end had the entire theater in shock!
And we all know the film wouldn’t have had the same success without Frank’s work for the bone-chilling poster that got us all to the box office in the first place!
