FEATURE SHOOT – This image by the Amsterdam photographer Rene der Hulst of circus cats backstage just makes my day. The cats were apparently part of an act by a dwarf duo that had trained the cats to do a myriad of tricks and the photographer was assured that these little guys only spent a short time in their backstage quarters.

And a friend went to see ACROCATS last weekend at the Santa Monica Playhouse and it is supposed to be great – a woman rescues cats and then teaches them tricks – she starts the show by asking everyone in the audience to lower their expectations – hysterial!!
