“Life is kind of a seasonal thing; the last act is harvest time before winter comes in. Right now, I feel excited to implement what I spent a lifetime learning about writing and filmmaking, and we’re in this really exciting moment in regard to the way technology and storytelling are changing.
“I didn’t mean that it’s a farewell tour. I meant it’s time to get to work.”
