I am so looking forward to this new exhibition of Herb’s work at The Getty. I have seen the catalog / book and it looks great. A very interesting edit of his work with a lot of less well known images ( not the celebrity portraits ) and as always a good time to remember what an amazing photographer Herb was and how he is missed in our industry. A shout out to Mark McKenna and Brian English two good friends who worked very hard to get this exhibition mounted. I am sorry I did not attend the opening on Monday night as I was at the Palm Springs Photo Festival.
