This shoot was one of Patrik’s favorites and biggest challenges and most fun as he was shooting alongside broadcast as well as doing his own stand alone set ups. Working with the real soldiers and equipment from the Army was a thrill for him and I went back to look at these images because of watching American Sniper – which if you have not seen it I highly recommend you do. Either side you are on – pro or against the military I think these dynamic images capture part of the diversity and breadth of what they do.
